Office/Meeting Space

Weddings: If you are interested in booking your wedding with us, please email our events team with your contact information, and the date and time you are planning your event. We’ll let you know if the sanctuary is available. Please use this Wedding Worksheet for more information, including cost. Then fill out the form on the last page and return it to us.

Meetings & Special Events: Please fill out the form below and include the number of people in your group, the date and time you need to use the space, and any special accommodations. Someone from the events team will contact you within 48 hours.

University Church has the following rooms available:

  • 1st floor café/dining hall: 50 people (available M-Sat. after 7:00 pm, Sundays after 2:00 pm)
  • 1st floor sanctuary: 250-300 people
  • 1st floor library: 30-40 people
  • 2nd floor theater:  50-70 people
  • 2nd floor classroom: 15-20 people
  • 3rd floor classroom: 10-15 people

Cost for renting the space varies according to size of room, set-up needs, and length of time the space is used.

Please note that while our first floor is ADA accessible (courtyard entrance off 57th Street and first floor washroom), our multi-story building does not have an elevator, and there are steps to the second and third floor rooms. Please consider your guests’ needs when requesting meeting space.
