Every Tuesday we  host a YOGA class led by Sarah Oaks

6:15-7:30 pm in the sanctuary.

Sarah leads 6-8 week series; the current series of classes ends on 3/25/14. Cost is $8 per session for drop-ins, or $36 for the series of 6-8 classes. Bring your own yoga mat; blocks, straps, and blankets are provided. Enter through the courtyard door on 57th Street.

Zumba is a fitness class inspired by Latin dance and music. Using high-energy dances such as salsa, Cumbia, Merengue, reggaton, hip hop and more, Zumba is designed to be a fun way to exercise without knowing it, build community, and reconnect with loving our bodies. You don’t have to have any dance experience or even be comfortable dancing to participate. Zumba isn’t about being perfect, but about having fun and being healthy.

Abbi Heimach is a first year student at McCormick Theological Seminary and will be starting a Zumba Fitness class here at University Church on Thursdays from 6:00pm-7:00pm in the dining hall.
