University Church is pleased to host your wedding, meeting, or special event. We believe that our church should be a welcoming place for all.

Weddings: If you are interested in booking your wedding with us, please email our events team with your contact information, and the date and time you are planning your special day. We’ll let you know if the sanctuary is available. The wedding package includes a 1.5-hour rehearsal; use of the sanctuary, library, a second-floor changing room, and sound system for 4 hours the day of your wedding; and our wedding coordinator who will work with you and your planner and will be present when you’re in the building to make sure everything runs smoothly. The price for this package is $950.

Meetings & Special Events: Please fill out the form below and include the number of people in your group, the date and time you need to use the space, and any special accommodations. Someone from the events team will contact you within 48 hours.

University Church has the following rooms available:

  • 1st floor cafe/dining room: 50 people
  • 1st floor sanctuary: 250 people in pews
  • 1st floor library: 30-40 people
  • 2nd floor theater:  50-70 people

Cost for using the space varies according to size of room, set-up needs, and length of time the space is used.

Please note that while our first floor is ADA accessible (courtyard entrance off 57th Street and first floor washroom), our multi-story building does not have an elevator, and there are steps to the second floor rooms. Please consider your guests’ needs when requesting meeting space.
